"Miku is missing again."
"Fucking Miku."
"Exactly."
A roaming expat who refuses to admit he's lost distracts himself with romantic adventures in Central Europe. His ex has just broken up with him for the third time, at the Prague zoo, when he meets three strangers, Min, Duri, and Su, looking for a flatmate.
Our narrator slowly realizes that his new flatmates have more going on than their day jobs at a Bohemian glass shop, noticing their uncanny access to money and drugs.
When they ask him to drive with Naoko to Paris, to deliver what they show to be invitation-only, luxury soaps and perfumes, the operation unfurls revealing an elite criminal cult with a thick blood trail from Tokyo to Prague to Paris.
Excerpts coming soon.
